He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Todd and Margaret Brooks (Fullerton); his wife Elke; his children, Debra Becker (George) of Sparrowbush, Susan Costello (Stephen) of Cornwall and Robert O. Todd (Mary) of Newburgh; and his siblings, Lynn Coykendall, Richard Todd and Joyce Dunning. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
