She was predeceased by: her parents, Paolo Colacchio and Mary Colacchio (Biamonte); her husband Anthony James Lombardi; and her brothers, Salvatore and Dominic Colacchio.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Lombardi (Cathy) of Cumming, GA, Toni Brown (John) of Walden, NY and Lisa Knapp (Tom) of Walden, NY; her grandchildren, Kristen Schlageter (Mike), Kaylyn Tierney, Alec Lombardi, Morgan Lombardi, Taylor Brown, Dylan Knapp, Brianne and Monica Hirsch; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Aubrey Schlageter, Alex and Cort Hirsch. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital or Cancer Society of New York.
