She was predeceased by: her parents, Moffatt Roe and Elizabeth Duke Carpenter (Earl); her husband George W. Fraas; and her sister Jean Reid. She is survived by: her children, Steven R. Fraas (Lynne) of Flagler Beach, FL and Elizabeth Whalen (George Hopkins) of New Windsor; her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Patti) and Jennifer Martin (Chris); her great grandchildren, Mikayla Martin and Jackson Martin; and her sibling's children, Barbara Reid and Ronald J. Reid III.
