He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Colacchio; his spouse Catherine Colacchio; and his brother Dominic Colacchio. He is survived by: his parent Mary Colacchio (Stella); his children, Stephen Colacchio (Terri) of Leland and Vivien Wells of Newburgh; his sister Rose Lombardi of Newburgh; and his great grandchildren, Kelly Colacchio, Nicholas Wells (Nicole), Stephen Colacchio (Kathryn), Mia, Marco, Philip Colacchio (Dara), Max, Lily, Michael Colacchio (Brittani), Sal, Izzy, Sloane and Zoe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
