She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Keller and Marie Yell Keller; her husband Charles J. LaChioma; and her siblings, Roger Keller and Marlyn Ahlberg.
She is survived by: her son Steven LaChioma (Laurie) of Newburgh; her grandchildren, Steven J. and Lindsay Ana; her great grandchild Bailey Ann Caldara; and her sister Donna Schuyler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
