With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sondra A. Mitchell of Newburgh, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Gozza and John Gozza; her daughter Kim Hopper Wood; and her sisters, Aurora Kraiza and Lennie Jones.

She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Hopper, George Mitchell and Tim Mitchell; and her brothers, John and Wally Gozza of Newburgh. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
