She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Frangello and Josephine Frangello (Ortale); her husbands, Clayton V. Decker and Boca Raton; and her siblings, Arthur, Thomas, Eugene, Albert, Louis Frangello, Julia Frangello and Laura Delmarco.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon A. Telesmanick (Jon); her granddaughters, Kathy Kimball-Wurster (Jeffrey Wurster) and Rachel Telesmanick (Charles Moss) of Portland, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Daniel Versace, Devin Klaber (Raysten) and Laura Wurster; and her great great grandchildren, Vivianna and Natalie Klaber. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Syliva's name can be made to the Deacon Jack Seymour Food Pantry, 319 Broadway, Newburgh.
