Bell, Jr.; her children, Giovanni Bell of Newburgh, Amber Bell of Newburgh, Christina Alcerro of Newburgh and Ronald Bell III of Newburgh; her children-in-law, Trish Bell and Maycol Alcerro of Newburgh; her grandchildren, Kylee Chappie, Jackson Bell of Newburgh, NY, Caleb Alcerro of Newburgh and Joshua Chappie of Huntsville, AL; her siblings, Philip Pisano of Aurora, CO, Maria Santana of Charlotte, NC and Dorothy Elliot of New Windsor; her siblings-in-law, Nora Pisano of New Windsor, Rose Bell of Newburgh, James Bell and Michael Bell; her siblings' children, Irene Lewis, Deidra Lewis, Anna Crudele, Shawn Palmer, Nicole Pisano, Holly Rose, Michael Bell, James Bell and Anna Bell; and her mother Christina Turner. She was also cherished by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
