He was predeceased by: his parent William Baxter; and his sister RoseAnn. He is survived by: his parent Edythe Lake Baxter; his wife Linda; his children, Jennifer of White Plains, NY and Brian (Courtney) of New Windsor, NY; his grandchildren, Liam Baxter and Megan Baxter; and his brothers, Daniel (Mary) of New Windsor, NY and David (Jari) of Crestview, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
