He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Haskins, Sr. and Margaret Haskins (McCullough); and his sister Margaret Ann Haskin. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Margaret "Peggy" J. Madonia and Harry O. Papazian; his great-niece Donna Madonia; and also, Markiss Price and Nevach.

Facial covering must be worn in the funeral home at all times, and social distancing must be practiced.
