He was predeceased by: his son William Thorn Jr.; his siblings, James V. Thorn and Jean Thorn; his brother-in-law Glenn Graham; his cousin Neil Moffett; and his sister-in-law Carole Ann Bellis.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean; his sisters, Robina Kemel and Barbara Graham; and his cousins, Nigel Moffett (Sandra) and Patricia Moffett (Bryon).
Burial will follow at the Cornwall Baptist Cemetery, Orr's Mills Road, Cornwall, NY In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's memory may be made to the Liberty Baptist Church Missions Fund, P.O. Box 237, Fishkill, NY 12524.
