It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Horanburg of Newfane, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Horanburg and Winifred Horanburg (LaPort); and his siblings, Genevieve Warwick, David Horanburg, Cindy Poole and Timothy Horanburg.
He is survived by: his daughter Anne Lipp-Read (Scott); his grandchildren, Zachary Lipp (Allison), Megan Lipp (Tim), Luke Read and Alexis Read; his friends, David Hedley, Ted Taylor and Dave Kyser; and his daughter Shannon Noonan (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. (2670 Main St, Newfane, NY 14108).
