He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Brodowski Smith; his daughter McKayla Partis; his siblings, Cory Smith (Patty) and Tara Schmidt (Bobby); his siblings' children, Alyssa Schmidt, Kyle Smith, Andrew Moore (Ashley), Alex Smith (Whitney), Drew Smith and Erik Smith; his great-nephew Jace Smith; and his close friends, John Ferris, Tim Bard, Ricky Boyle and Shawn Boyle.
