He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Merriweather; his great grandchild Colby Lynn Sewall; his siblings, Ronald Wittig, William C. Dockstader and Irma E. Kincaid; his sister-in-law Christine Barnard; and also Susan Wittig.
He is survived by: his parent Irma Merriweather; his wife Connie Barnard Dockstader; his children, Velvet Monroe (Daniel) and Dale Dockstader (Nicole); his grandchildren, Adam J. Saunders and Brandy Saunders-Sewall (Chris); his great grandchildren, Hunter J. Sewall and Josalynn M. Sewall; his granddaughters, Meredith Rawleigh and Elizabeth Rawleigh; and his siblings-in-law, Mae Dockstader, Fred Barnard and Harry Kincaid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to The Kidney Foundation or to Hospicare of Tompkins County.
