She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Macri; her husband Hugh J. Strachan; her son Frank Stachan; and her siblings, Mary Montalbo (late Joe), Sam, Joe Macri (late Carmine), Carmella and Giambattista.

She is survived by: her parent Nicolina Macri (Giacobella); her daughter Claudia Guarnieri (late Nicholas); her grandchildren, Jenelle Guarnieri (Michael Haug) and Nicholas Guarnieri; her great grandchild Brayden Guarnieri; and her brother Dominic Macri (Lorietta). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
