She is survived by: her parents, Giuseppe Costarella and Francesca Costarella (Schimizzi); her children, Maria and Mario Melidona (Michel); and her great grandchildren, Jason Brady Jr, Ryan Brady, Antonella DeSimone, Brandon Brady and Aurelio DeSimone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and is also survived by many loving cousins.
