She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Basta, Sr.; her parents, Emidio D'Amico and Antonina D'Amico (Colaprete); her brother Joseph D'Amico; her sister-in-law Maryann; her daughter-in-law Linda Basta; and her grandson Angelo Basta.
She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence, David (Maureen) and Mark Basta (Cathy); her grandchildren, Christina Podlucky (John), Deborah, Brian, Kevin, Elaina, Eric and Sarah Basta; and her great grandchildren, Rebecca and MacKenzie Podlucky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
