He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Scibilia and Sarah Scibilia (Antonucci); his spouse Louvera Scibilia (Starcher); and his brothers, Anthony Scibilia and Joseph Scibilia (late Ida).
He is survived by: his children, David Scibilia and Linda Burling (late Raymond); his granddaughter Nina Scibilia (Clayton Brossett); his great grandchildren, Niko, Giovanni and Aurora; his brother Richard Scibilia (Roseann); and his brother-in-law Jeff Starcher (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
