She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Mann and Margie F. Mann (Minor); and her husband Eugene Blazejewski. She is survived by: her sister Donna J. Whitehead (Richard); her children, Kenneth E. Blazejewski (Laura), William A. Blazejewski, Christine A. Biro and Darryl J. Blazejewski (Linda Webber); her grandchildren, BJ, David, Corey, Jessica, Dillon, Ryan, Alexandra and Logan; and her great grandchildren, CJ, Olivia and Jaxon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
