She is survived by: her children, Matthew Zaker, William Clark, James (Nicole) and Crystal Clark; and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Brandyn, Brett, Sierra, Chloe, Blake and Allison. She is also survived by brothers and sisters and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
