He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix "Fizzy" and Irene A. Rajczak (Placek); and his siblings, Barbara Pawlik (Gene), Phyllis Mis, Andrew, Kathleen and Irene Rajczak.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Rajczak, Matthew Rajczak (Rose) and Maria Bergeron; his siblings, Joseph Rajczak (Terri) and Vicki Rajczak Fasciano; his brother-in-law John Mis; his grandchildren, Anthony, Trent, Rachel Rajczak, Beau and Cate Bergeron; his close friend Elizabeth "Beth" Myrtle; his friend Bruce Houck; his former wife Marie Rajczak; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
