She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Best and Beatrice [Patterson] Best. She is survived by: her husband Neil V. Patterson; her stepchildren, Jodi, Belinda and Neil Patterson, Jr. (Sarah); her grandchildren, Aidan, Alexander, Annabella, Leah and Okwaho; and her sister Marianne Winquist (David). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
