He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Migliazzo and Rose Migliazzo (DePaula); his son David Migliazzo; and his brothers, James, John, Anthony and Joseph Migliazzo.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Cabello; his sons, Frank D. Migliazzo and Anthony (Nina); his grandson David Migliazzo, Jr; his brother Dominic "Butch" Migliazzo; his daughter-in-law Chris Migliazzo; and his sister-in-law Tana Migliazzo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
