She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Siuta and Valenty Siuta; and her siblings, William, Gus, Walter, John, Joseph, Stephen, Virginia Zasucha and Lottie Zak.
She is survived by: her husband Henry; her children, Christine Bialik (late John) of Niagara Falls, Daniel Mocniak (MaryAnn) of Niagara Falls, Carol Mocniak of Niagara Falls, Frank Mocniak (Lorraine) of West Henrietta and Regina Mauro (Carmen) of Ridgeville, Ontario.; and her grandchildren, John Bialik, Jeanine Cheers (Christopher), Christi Ash (Brian), James Mocniak, Philip Mocniak (Michelle), Carolyn Anderson (Barret), Jenelle Mocniak, Mark Mocniak, Frank Mauro (Jacqueline), Andrew Mocniak (Sara), Tess Waxman (Isaac), Valerie Mocniak and Joseph Mocniak. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Niagara Hospice, Niagara County SPCA, or the Card Ministry of Divine Mercy Parish.
