He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Kennedy and Esther E. Kennedy (Mulholland); his children, Robert Mulholland and Michelle Morgan; his grandson Adam; and his sister Donna.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lynne Mulholland, Mike Mulholland and Randy Mulholland; his grandchildren, Kayla, James, Kenneth and Zackary; his great grandchildren, Mary Kathryn, Steven, Taylynn, Hayden, Aiden and Logan; and his brother Kenny Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
