She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Walezak and Catherine Walezak (Klos). She is survived by: her children, Susan Maio (Thomas) of Englewood, OH, Paul Ensminger of North Tonawanda and Daniel Ensminger of Reading, MA. She is also survived by 3 grandsons.
