He was predeceased by: his parent Teodoro Merletti; and his brother Eligio Merletti (Violet). He is survived by: his parent Maria Merletti (Mastorgio); his wife Pasqualine; his children, Theodore Merletti, Paul Merletti (Laurie Ricciardi), Lisa Ball (Greg), Michael Merletti (Joanna Cipollitti), Lynne Tompkins (Dan), Laurie Kwiatkowski (David) and John Merletti (Nicole DiBacco); his grandchildren, Christina, Matthew Ball, Maria, Leah Tompkins, Gabriella, Victoria Merletti, Catie, Lauren Merletti, Alaina, Jacob Kwiatkowski and Luke Merletti; his brother-in-law Frank DiPietro (Karen); his nieces, Susan and Sandra Merletti; his nephew Mark Merletti; and his great-nephews, Tyler and Andreas.
