He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin and Verla Barnette (Rowh); his wife Virginia "Ginny" Barnett (Holt); his mother-in-law Ginny; his children, Arlene Eisenman (Dave), Lou Ann Zoda (Anthony), James Jr. Barnett (Joanne) and Carrie Lynn Barnett; his grandchildren, Amanda West (Dan), Sara Greene (Randy), Scott Marrero (Jete), Stephanie Hess (Shawn), Michael Eisenman, Caroline Eisenman (Gary Favero) and James Barnett III; his siblings, Frances Harvey (Al), Janice Stover (Smokey) and Dennis "Seeb" Barnette; his grandson Philip Eisenman; Charlie, Rachel, Julianna, Landon West, Colin Hess and Oren Greene. He was also cherished by "Papa" by his grandchildren and "Papa eyebrows" by his great-grandchildren.
