He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Isaacs and Elizabeth Isaacs (Taylor); and his brother George R. Isaacs (late Elizabeth). He is survived by: his daughter Christine Spence (Thomas); his grandchildren, Shannon and Patrick James Spence; and his brother William Isaacs (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Save-A-Pet of Niagara County.
