He is survived by: his wife Lenora Bellavia (Farrell); his son Matthew; and his siblings, Janet Curry, Judith Hurley (Mark) and Sam Bellavia (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
