He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Keiper and Hazel Keiper (Saxe); his grandson Nicholas; and his siblings, Karl, Dale, David, Daniel, Jerry, Art, Russel, Mary Ann and Kay.

He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Keiper (Marc Newbury); his grandchildren, Katelyn and Kara; and his siblings, Laura Mae Deater, Deloros Keiper, Alice, Linda Keiper and Ed Keiper (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the VFW Post#917, 2435 Seneca Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
