She is survived by: her children, John Portik III and Judith-Anne Portik; her grandchildren, Alissa Portik, Tyler Portik and Kaleb Steele; her cousins, Lisa Virga, Lori Costello, Fifi Ann Sandonato, Joseph Bruscato, Dianne Kee and Marlene Morris; and her brother-in-law Don Portik (Joan).
