He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Falsetti and Elma Falsetti (Mattila); and his brother Joseph'Rob' Falsetti (Jacquelyn). He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Falsetti (Alicia), Samuel Falsetti and Lauren Falsetti; his grandchildren, Vincenzo, Christian, Nicholas II, Nina and Noah; his siblings, Gary Falsetti, Michele Passalaqua (John) and Karen Wainman (Richard); and his former wife Christine Falsetti (Iacovitti). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA.
