She was predeceased by: her father Richard S. Platt; and her sister Jeanine F. Platt. She is survived by: her mother Penny L. Fickett (late Robert L.); and her daughters, Candyce Platt (David Riggs) and Hope Cutlip. She is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
Visitors are encouraged to join the family with a drive through the park to pay their respects to Kim, and will be invited to come to the service location on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis if they desire in a manner that respects social distancing and gathering limits.
