He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. O'Mara and Emma M. O'Mara; his daughter Kathleen D. O'Mara; and his sister Shirley Nichols (late John). He is survived by: his wife Jeannine O'Mara (Rostan); his sons, Gary O'Mara, Patrick O'Mara (Bonnie), Dale Butler (Susan) and Mark Butler; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Kevin, Robert Kenneth, David and Timothy.
