He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Sr and Teresa Marcolini, Sr. (Tobia); his children, Anita Gugino (Joseph) and Michael Marcolini; and his brothers, Paul J. Marcolini (late Eleanor) and Enrico J. Marcolini (Ida).

He is survived by: his wife Marie Marcolini (DelRe); and his grandchildren, Nicolina Gugino, Teressa Klein (Max) and Joseph Michael Gugino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
