She was predeceased by: her mother Paulette Weld; and her grandparents, William and Sarah Weld. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Weld (Jaclyn) and Amanda Molinaro Hooks (Gabreal); her grandchildren, Jayden, Phillip Jr., Damon and Jacob; her brother Joseph G. Weld; her aunt Karen Skolikas (late Emil); and her close friend Melanie Mackowski.
