She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Kanouff and Cora Kanouff (Woods); her husband Collis M. Smeal; and her siblings, Floyd, Doyle, Anna and Alice.
She is survived by: her sons, Duane Smeal (Mary O'Bresly) and Marvin Smeal (late Lillian Abbey); and her siblings, Yvonne, Gerald, Amelia, Martha, Abbey and Don. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
