He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton and Marie Cooper Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Cooper; his children, Robert Cooper and Nicole Berry (Kirk); and his siblings, Debra Morgan (late Leroy), David Cooper (Cassandra), Michele Robinson (Timothy), Renee Cooper-Mathews, Monique Mitchell (Raymond), Sheldon Cooper (Darnise) and Janele Ray (Brian). He is also survived by relatives and friends.

PURSUANT TO NYS COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to further advance Hereditary ATTR Amyloidosis research.
