He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Pflueger and Anna Elizabeth Pflueger (Schiesser); and his sister Helen Lorenti. He is survived by: his wife Emily Ann Wilcox; his children, Richard C. Pflueger (Helen) and Janet M. Mitchell (Jim); and his grandchildren, Micaela A. Mitchell, Richard G. Pflueger, Elizabeth R. Mitchell and Rachel M. Pflueger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
