He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Pyska and Louise Pyska (Mis); his son Steven D. Pyska (Tamar); his brother Gerald Pyska (Judy); his nephew Joseph Hoffman; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Hoffman and James Hoffman.
He is survived by: his spouse Luann Pyska (Hoffman); his children, John Pyska and Patty Pilon (Patrick); his grandchildren, Benjamin Pyska, Bethany Pyska, Andrew Pyska, Malaya Pyska, Alyssa Pyska, Lilith Pilon and Theodore Pilon; his great grandchild Rosalie Pyska; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Muoio (Tony), Cathy Hoffman, Donna Hoffman (Tim Burbee), Howard Hoffman, Jr. (Franzia) and Leonard Hoffman (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
