He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pawlukovich and Leona Pawlukovich (Holden); and his siblings, David, Michael and JoAnn.
He is survived by: his daughter Christi Spates (Steven); and his brother Gerald Pawlukovich (Alice). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
