He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias B. Pealer and Anna Pealer (Hughes); his son William Pealer; his stepsons, Mitchell B. Mokhiber and Kevin J. Mokhiber; and his brother Keith Mokhiber.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Pealer (Conti); his children, Jay Pealer (Sharon) and Lisa Kinstler (Michael); and his stepchildren, Dawn Marasco (James), Craig Mokhiber and Justin 'Todd Mokhiber. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's memory may be made to St. George Orthodox Church.
