He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo "Moe" and Estelle "Essie" Anstey (Otis); his brother John David Anstey; and his pet Blue. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Hyers; his children, John Anstey (Lisa), Robert Anstey (Jodi) and Nina Anstey (Chris Stevens); his grandchildren, Jason, Kailee, Mike, Austin, Angelica, Dakota, Sage and Carina; his siblings, Dana Anstey, Donna Mead and Carol Anstey; and his pets, Rebel, Saddie, Spooks, Bailey and Austin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
