She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham "Abe" Moses and Janice Sawma (Hagerman); her granddaughter Dominique Lively; and her brother Frank Sawma, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Lively Lackas, William "Roger" Lively (Andrea) and Nicholas Kotovich (Ashley); her grandchildren, Hayleigh Lackas, Brieanna Lackas, Joshua Lackas, RJ Lively, Blake Lively, Caleb Kotovich, Kayleigh Kotovich and Cody Kotovich; her close friend Dominick Sirianni; her siblings, Helen Rozine Nicosia (Peter), Doris Bailor (Michael), David Sawma and Mary Pazzalia (Domenick); and her former husband John Kotovich. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).
