He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanley Amey and Julia Amey (Arbanas); and his sister MaryJane Ripson. He is survived by: his children, Steven F. Amey Jr. (Kari), Frederick H. Amey (Kim), Justine Peete (Jeff) and Susan Kern; and his sisters, Nadine Lucas (late Richard) and Christine Amey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
