He was predeceased by: his father Norman Miller; and his siblings, Glenn Miller and Suzanne Miller. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Miller (Jacklin); his children, Philip R. Miller of Carthage, NY, Warren S. Miller of Scottsdale, AZ, Samuel E. Miller of Niagara Falls, NY and Clare E. Miller of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Alexa Conley, Nathan Conley, Ryan Miller and Gavin Miller.
