He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Richter; his children, Dana Richter (Penny), Laura McDuffee (Jim), Brenda Evanek (Kevin), Holly Klett (Glenn), Kim Forero (Fabian) and Tammy Slocum (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Allyson, Rebekah, Eric (Courtney), Kara, Anna, Jacob, Brooke, Nathan, Megan, Aaron, Kathryn, Connor, Fabian, Tyler, Hugh and Zach.
