He is survived by : his spouse Sunday Frost (Salvaty); his mother Nancy (Patrick Mahoney); his siblings, Ron Campbell and Cindy Campbell; his aunts and uncles, LuAnn Gerrard, Bill Reaves and Geoff Frost (Myra); his cousins, Laura McGregor, Leigh Hand, Emily Frost, Zoe Frost and Cliff Mackin; his niece Veronica Campbell; and his nephews, Arthur Campbell and Timothy Campbell.
