It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Newcombe of Norfolk, New York, born in Massena, New York, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her grandmother Linda Newcombe. She is survived by : her children, Grayson, Marcus, Eva and Naomi; her mother Sonya Speer; her stepfather Donald Speer of Norfolk, NY; her sister Jenna; her brother-in-law Nathan Jarvis of Colorado Springs, CO; her stepsisters, Nakkisha Shaw and Courtney Moffitt; her grandfather Bruce Newcombe; her stepgrandmother Louise "Dolly" Speer; and her grandmother Linda Blackmer-Bratto. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and nephew.
Due to COVID, services will be occupancy controlled with those attending required to wear face coverings and observe social distancing.
Because Rebecca was an avid animal lover, contributions in her memory may be made to Potsdam Human Society or Massena Humane Society.
